Technology Introduction
Landfill leachate is generated by the decomposition of solid waste, and the external water (including rainfall; surface water and underground water). It contains various metabolic substances and water, with high organic content; high concentrations of heavy metal ions; high ammonia-nitrogen; high salt and poor biodegradability.
Based on the features, requirements of processing technology and facility become much higher. The process of "Pre-treatment + MBR (two-stage A/O + UF) + NF + RO" has the advantages of good performance; high stability; strong ability of resistance to impact load; low cost and high performance price ratio.
The quality and quantity of the leachate is adjusted by regulating tank,then enter into the external MBR system after the pre-treatment system to removal suspended particles. The MBR system consists of two parts: two-stage A/O biochemical system and the external tubular ultrafiltration membrane system. The effluent of MBR membrane bio-reactor enter into the depth treatment system,which is composed of NF and RO system; leachate can reach the emission standard after the depth treatment.
